By creating a wallet or participating in the X Token presale through X Wallet, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Presale participation
The presale allows eligible users to purchase X Token allocations using supported cryptocurrencies. Prices, bonuses, tier rules, and presale end dates are displayed in the app and may be updated before the official listing (TGE). Purchases are final once blockchain payment is confirmed.
3. Not financial advice
Nothing on this site constitutes investment, legal, or tax advice. Digital assets are volatile and may lose value. You are solely responsible for your decisions and compliance with laws in your jurisdiction.
4. Wallet & account security
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and recovery information. We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect account details.
